Hi Everyone!I want to take a moment to express our gratitude and thanks to Raquel Arriola Sánchez from Nexterra for helping us find our first home. 🙏 We were in a not-so-ideal temporary Airbnb situation in Centro, when we decided that it was time for us to find our first apartment/home. If you're looking for help in relocating, there is nobody better than Armando and his team.  I arrived in Querétaro amd after a brief conversation with Armando, he had everything mapped out for me in the two days I had to look.  He picked me up and talked to me about the intricacies of the City and the surrounding neighborhoods.

He arranged for a whirlwind tour of available homes to see and covered everything from getting citizenship to buying an auto and picking out a place to live.  I highly recommend his services and you won't regret it if you take him on.

Armando was of great assistance! Very friendly and kind.

My husband and I will be relocating soon and he was always attentive and helpful in any way I needed.

Private Schools in QRO are not easy to get into and he offered to write a letter of recommendation for us, which I’m very thankful for!

I opted for a neighborhood tour with Armando to cover a range of the less popular neighborhoods in addition to the popular ones. Amiable, helpful and knowledgeable, Armando took me to a few grocery stores to get an idea of offerings in local amenities.

I've never been inside an HEB! At the end of the day, I have a few more possibilities to add to my list. Helping people relocate from their native countries is quite the nuanced business and, as a part of that journey, I recommend him in taking that 'road less traveled' dive.
