Armando took us on a three-hour tour of Queretaro and it was amazing!
We got a really great overview of so many neighborhoods and what they're like. There's no way we could have done that on our own.

As someone who is still learning Spanish, having a bilingual agent was a must. Raquel not only communicated efficiently with us, but translated for us as needed. It was very much appreciated. She continuously gave us updates and it made us feel relieved to know that we were always being given up to date info. Once we found the right house, Raquel exceeded our expectations by working with various contractors to ensure the house was ready for us when we moved in. Knowing this was all completed before being to Mexico was such a relief for us. It made the move so much more easy and fluid for us. She kept detailed receipts, took before and after pictures and presented us with an entire report on all the work that had been done. This was by far the most comprehensive "Neighborhood tour + consult' that I've had, and I've had (3) total tours since arriving in Mexico, of which this most recent tour was with Armando (Nexterra Relocation Services).
From the very start Armando asks questions about what my priorities are (i.e geographic preference, & amenities), what my timeframe is, and budgetary constraints. From there Armando drove thru more than (15) different neighborhoods in a logical & methodical manner. He included printouts of all the different neighborhoods, as well as a printed map, so that I can have something to study once the tour is done.
I feel Armando's fees are very nominal given the level of detail and service he provides. If you are considering either a Neighborhood Tour or some other consult service, look no further than Nexterra Relocation Services.

WOW…! What a day – what an experience – and what an amazing value for me! Armando at Nexterra came recommended to me from an Expat Group, but never would I expect that my guide (I’d even say consultant), would have the intellect of a PHD and a very pleasant personality to go with that. After the three hours that passed too fast, I had accomplished my objective of understanding more about Queretaro, finding an area to live in, while learning many important and interesting things about Queretaro and México.
